Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cups cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1) Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar, salt and chocolate chips with cross blade until mixed well. Set aside.
2) In Magic Blender (or cut recipe in half and use tall cup) combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add water, salad oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
4) Fill large baking cup liners about 2/3 fill with batter. Drop a large spoonful of cream cheese mixture on top.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins

Amazing Cheese Ball

- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic (this is a slice - NOT A WHOLE CLOVE ... fatal error!!)
- 2/3 cup parmason
- 2 pkgs cream cheese
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- variety of spices (i use pepper, garlic powder, garlic chips, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley)

1) Put all the ingredients in the tall cup. Order: milk, salt, spices, cream cheese, garlic, parmason, onion
2) Screw on cross blade and pulse until consistency is how you like it, and everything is mixed well (WARNING: this will become spicier overnight)
3) Form into a ball, cover in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3+ hours (or overnight)
4) Serve with a variety of crackers

Breakfast - Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

- 1 c. flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chunky applesauce
- 1 tsp nutmeg

1) Place all the ingredients in blender (cut recipe in half if you want to use the tall cup), screw on cross blade and blend until smooth.
2) Turn burner to medium heat, and pour a bit of oil into a pan. Add 1/2 cup of batter and cook as you would normal pancakes.
3) Serve with cinnamon, butter, and sugar (maple syrup just doesn't look very good)
